Training

Training Approach

A core component of Project ABC is interdisciplinary professional development in the area of infant and early childhood mental health. Our goal is to provide educational opportunities for the workforce in Los Angeles that will increase community awareness and expertise around infant and early childhood mental health issues. We will also build a cohesive training model around state training guidelines that will help professionals build their personal portfolio of skills in the area of Birth to Five mental health.

National Trainings

Project ABC will provide a series of interdisciplinary, county-wide trainings on infant and early childhood mental health topics. These topics will bring nationally renowned trainers to the Los Angeles area. Training topics are selected to align with other early childhood training initiatives in Los Angeles, California, and across the country.

Monthly Trainings

On a monthly basis, Project ABC provides high quality, low-cost trainings in the metro Los Angeles area that are aimed to increase the workforce capacity in our community. These trainings are geared for the broad base of professionals serving infants and young children.
